We want every Cove pieces to feel right from the moment it arrives.
If for any reason it doesn’t, we’re happy to help—under the following guidelines.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
After this period, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Be returned with original packaging
- Include a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send items directly back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be considered for items that:
- Are not in original condition
- Are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Are returned after 30 days from delivery
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Gifts
- Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient will receive a gift credit
- Items not marked as gifts will be refunded to the original purchaser
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount, if applicable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
